Charles L. Abraham Charles Abraham is a medical technology veteran with more than 23 years of experience in medical imaging and medical devices. Mr. Abraham began his career at General Electric Medical Systems where he spent 17 years in sales, product management and general management roles. His last assignment was as Global Business Manager of the Vascular X-ray Imaging Business. Mr. Abraham left GE to join Nellcor Puritan Bennett as Vice President and General Manager of their Global Sleep Solutions Business. Before coming to OraMetrix, Mr. Abraham had been Chief Executive Officer of eMerge Interactive, Inc., a company delivering technology-based food safety and livestock management solutions to the U.S. beef production industry. In 1999, he led the company to a $105 million initial public offering on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. Mr. Abraham received a bachelor of science degree in biological engineering at Mississippi State University at Starkville. |

Jay Widdig Before joining OraMetrix, Mr. Widdig served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Intrusion Inc., a publicly traded network security company, from 1999 to 2002. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Widdig held various managerial positions, including Senior Director of Finance and Administration, at Cyrix Corporation, a semiconductor company. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Widdig served Texas Instruments and Halliburton Company in various financial roles. Mr. Widdig holds a masters of business administration degree from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Cameron University. |

Dr.
Rohit Sachdeva, BDS, M.dentSc. Previously,
Dr. Sachdeva was a Professor of Orthodontics at Baylor College
of Dentistry Texas A&M University System in Dallas.
He has also served on the faculties of the Universities of Connecticut
and Manitoba, and has held numerous visiting faculty positions at internationally
recognized universities. He is internationally recognized for his contributions
in the field of orthodontics, especially in the areas of bioengineering
and material sciences. He is the developer of copper nickel titanium
and titanium niobium orthodontic alloys and titanium brackets, and holds
more than a dozen patents in the medical and dental fields. |

Phillip
Getto Mr.
Getto has spent more than 17 years in the
industry developing commercial and technical software systems. He
was recently senior vice president of MCAD product development and
delivery at Parametric Technology Corp, where he was responsible
for all aspects and phases of software development and delivery effort
for Pro/ENGINEER®, Pro/Intralink®, CADDS 5® Optegra®,
Pro/Desktop® and Medusa®, including product
definition, program management, software development, testing, documentation,
internationalization, integration and release management. While at
PTC, he led the successful efforts to improve Pro/ENGINEER quality
and usability. Mr. Getto had been manager of geometric modeling R&D
for Rasna Corp., when it was acquired by Parametric. |

Jerry
D. Metz Mr. Metz previously was Vice President, Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing for Trulite, Inc., which was an integrated hydrogen fuel source and fuel cell product company. From 1995 to 2003, he worked for Teccor Electronics, starting as a Product and Development Engineer and shortly there after becoming Vice President of Manufacturing, where he directed all manufacturing operations for this international semiconductor company. Mr. Metz was certified as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt in 1996. Mr. Metz received his bachelor of science in aerospace engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He received his master of business administration at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. |

Friedrich
(Fritz) Riemeier Mr.
Riemeier is one of the founders of OraMetrix, Inc. and GmbH and serves
today as Geschäftsführer (general manager) of the the company's
German subsidiary, OraMetrix GmbH, and as Vice President of European
Operations. He is a co-inventor of the company's key technologies
and leads OraMetrix GmbH's operations. Before OraMetrix, he was co-founder
and general manager of a tool engineering and robotic company. |

Andrea
Wiseman Ms. Wiseman began her career in diagnostic medical imaging at General Electric from 1982 to 1997 as a technical trainer and manager of X-ray and CT applications. She entered the sales arena at GE as a Cardiac and Vascular Sales Specialist. This led to her taking a position in 1997 at Toshiba America Medical Systems and earning the number one Business Development Manager award in 1998. Ms. Wiseman was promoted and became first female regional sales manager at TAMS in 1999. Her next positions included sales management at two start-up ventures, PatientKeeper, a wireless handheld integration service company, and ONI Medical, an orthopedic magnetic resonance company. Ms. Wiseman received a bachelor's degree in radiologic technology from St. Joseph’s College in Maine concurrently with an radiologic technologist certification from Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. |

Danesh
(Dan) de Silva Before joining OraMetrix, Mr. de Silva was Director of Marketing at eMerge Interactive from 1999 to 2001 where he was responsible for marketing and product management of the company's software and hardware solutions. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. de Silva held various managerial positions, including Manager of Healthcare Marketing and Manager of Service Marketing at GE Information Services, a software and services division of the General Electric Company. Mr. de Silva holds a bachelor of science degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University. |
